Key Responsibilities Lead and Scale: Develop, execute, and manage the end-to-end sales strategy for India, including direct sales and channel partnerships. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team across major Indian metros. Distribution Network: Establish and scale a robust pan-India distribution network including brokers, agents, and partner firms. Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals. Market Expansion: Strategically expand ShareSquare’s footprint across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities through innovative go-to-market strategies. Stakeholder Management: Liaise closely with the Dubai-based leadership team to align India’s operational roadmap with the company’s global vision.
