Responsibility Expectations from the role

• Provide SharePoint/OneDrive Level 3 operations support

• Ensure front-end functionality of SharePoint/OneDrive for end users and clients

• Troubleshoot day-to-day customer issues via email, phone, IM, or ServiceNow

• Manage and resolve technical high-touch escalations

• Handle SharePoint/OneDrive extraction and removal requests

• Resolve incidents and requests from ServiceNow and L3 distribution lists

• Coordinate support between thirdparty vendors and SharePoint/OneDrive application issues

• Perform installations, patching, cumulative updates, and apply workarounds when required

• Publish daily handover reports

• Work with end users and developers to improve application performance
