Job Description

As an Infoscion at Infosys, you will be an integral part of the consulting team, where your main focus will be on addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop proposals by taking ownership of parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your expertise. - Plan and execute configuration activities, configure the product per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. - Lead small projects actively and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. - Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability. - Possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems. - Stay aware of the latest technologies and industry trends. - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. - Understand financial processes for different project types and various pricing models available. - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions. - Have expertise in at least one or two industry domains. - Possess strong client interfacing skills. - Demonstrate project and team management capabilities.
