Role & responsibilities Job Title: SharePoint & Power Platform Developer/Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to support the development, integration, and maintenance of solutions across multiple linked SharePoint lists. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow, with a proven track record of building user-friendly applications and automations that enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain solutions involving multiple linked SharePoint lists. Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps. Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Flow. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, low-code solutions. Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices across SharePoint and Power Platform environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform integrations. Key Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, especially working with linked SharePoint lists. Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate (including Microsoft Flow). Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI. Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and JSON for automation and configuration. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint, or related technologies. Experience in Microsoft 365 integration, governance, and user access control is a plus.
