Job Description

SharePoint Administrator role includes to manage and maintains an organization's SharePoint environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and document management through tasks like configuring sites, managing permissions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance and security Key Responsibilities Create & Configure SharePoint sites, site collections, and libraries. Creating and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions. Managing storage space, including cleanup and archiving. Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues. Implementing and maintaining SharePoint security policies and access controls. Providing technical support and training to end-users. Staying up to date with SharePoint developments and best practices. Integrating SharePoint with other applications and systems. Customizing SharePoint sites and templates to meet business needs. Performing regular backups of SharePoint data. Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans. Analysing user activity and providing weekly, monthly reports. Collaborating with other IT staff and stakeholders. Developing and implementing SharePoint governance policies. Power Platform Administrator role includes to manage the Microsoft Power Platform at the tenant level, overseeing environments, security, data policies, user management, and ensuring the platform's optimal performance and security Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain an environment strategy, including creating and managing environments for different purposes (development, testing, production). Monitor and manage resources within environments, such as apps, flows, connections, and other assets. Implement and enforce security policies, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Manage security groups and user access permissions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Manage user accounts, licenses, and capacity within the Power Platform. Provide support and training to end-users. Make data available to makers through connectors, integration, or migration. Standardize and optimize data storage and retrieval. Monitor the performance and health of the Power Platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Create and maintain documentation for Power Platform solutions and processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT teams and business users. Identify new areas for leveraging the Power Platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose solutions. Stay up to date on the latest features and best practices for Power Platform. Manage change control management process of future changes, releases, updates, and enhancements of the Dynamics365 environments. Manage Power BI environment and workspaces. Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Experience with data modelling, data integration, and data migration. Knowledge of security principles and best practices.
