Share trading accounting and investment accounting

Key Responsibilities
Trade Processing and Accounting: Process and monitor all client/proprietary security investments (stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc.) with strict attention to regulatory compliance and timely reporting.Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of trading transactions, security positions, market values, and cost values, ensuring accuracy with custodial records and internal systems.Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements (P&L), and Cash Flow Statements, specific to investment activities.Compliance & Taxation:Calculate and prepare necessary tax documents, including Advance Tax, TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q), and annual Income Tax returns (ITR-6 for companies).Ensure all trading activities and financial records comply with SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant accounting standards.Prepare documentation for external auditors and assist in seamless audit processes.
