Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Processing & Reconciliation

  • Verify and process daily trades (equity, derivatives, commodities, currency, etc.).
  • Download and match trade confirmations (contract notes) from the exchange.
  • Reconcile client trades with exchange trades and resolve mismatches.
  • Prepare daily trade reports for clients and management.

2. Client Account Management

  • Assist in onboarding new clients – KYC verification, form checking, data entry.
  • Maintain updated client records in back office and trading software.
  • Handle demat account opening, modifications, and closures.
  • Monitor and update client margins and exposure limits.

3. Settlements & Payouts

  • Coordinate pay-in and pay-out of funds and securities.
  • Process fund transfers, margin collections, and payouts through banking platforms.
  • Manage off-market and on-market delivery instructions for shares.
  • Follow up on short deliveries and auction process.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL/CDSL regulations.
  • Generate and maintain reports like margin statements, client-wise ledger, etc.
  • Coordinate with auditors and compliance officers for routine checks.
  • Assist in filing regulatory returns and audit documents.

5. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on brokerage, turnover, client activity, etc.
  • Maintain database and historical transaction records.
  • Generate profit and loss reports, ledger statements, and capital gain reports for clients.

6. Software & System Management

  • Operate broking back-office software (e.g., ODIN, NSE NOW, BSE BOLT, NEST, or other proprietary systems).
  • Troubleshoot basic software or connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with the IT team or vendor for system maintenance and updates.

7. Customer Support

  • Resolve queries related to trade confirmations, fund transfers, demat transactions, etc.
  • Assist clients in using trading platforms and mobile apps.
  • Send contract notes, margin reports, and account statements to clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of stock market operations.
  • Familiarity with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and depository procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and broking software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during market hours and settlement cycles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
