A shadow teacher is a very important person for a neurodivergent child. Their job is not only to protect the child but also guide the child and help him/her build relationships with their peers and teachers. This role is only for people who are willing to stick around for atleast 1 year. The person should have below qualifications:-
- B.Sc/M.Sc/BA in Psychology or MSW and/or certificate course in Special ed or children with ADHD
- 6 months to 1 year previous experience in handling children with ADHD with impulsive behaviour and mild aggressiveness.
- compassionate and kind with a knack for identifying the high and lows during the day.
- male/female candidates both can apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
