The ideal candidate will assist in communication, order tracking, sample coordination, production follow-ups, and documentation related to textile and garment exports. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure buyer requirements are met Help prepare and send cost sheets, quotations, and T&A (Time & Action) calendars Track the progress of ongoing orders from sampling to final shipment Follow up with vendors, fabric suppliers, and internal departments for timely execution Coordinate development of samples, lab dips, trims, and approvals from buyers Maintain records of sample submissions, approvals, and production status Assist in managing order files, packing lists, and shipment documentation Support senior merchandisers in preparing reports, order summaries, and updates for management Attend buyer meetings (online/offline) and support in presenting collection samples Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience in the textile or apparel export industry Basic understanding of fabric types, trims, garment construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, assisting in export documentation, and ensuring compliance with domestic and international financial regulations specific to the textile export industry.
