Builder did not follow the approved and sanctioned layout. The builder is not at all concerned for the security, privacy and safety of residents. He violated all the regulations set by competent authority for the sake of shopkeepers. So, horrible situation with reference to safety and privacy for 196 residents

Very good project , we understand the market but the construction n credibility SG estates give , rarely given by others . Right now 4 star but once it is complete will give 5 star rating.

Electricity and Lift problem is common problem i last 2 year and builder is not ready to resolve the issue under warranty. Every 10-15 days we are facing lift issue but management and maintenance team is not ready to resolve the issue.
