Very good project , we understand the market but the construction n credibility SG estates give , rarely given by others . Right now 4 star but once it is complete will give 5 star rating.

SDSP Engineering projects
Electricity and Lift problem is common problem i last 2 year and builder is not ready to resolve the issue under warranty. Every 10-15 days we are facing lift issue but management and maintenance team is not ready to resolve the issue.

Pathetic, no compliance to approved layout, map & plan. Visitors parking being sold to residents forcefully. No security, safety & privacy. All this builder want is loot at any cost......never ever trust SG Estates for anything

Builder is fraud & cheater as it has built illegal structure, found not following approved map & layout, shops meant for society has been illegally sold as as commercial place. Never ever buy any SG flats, properties...
