Job Description

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware (like MuleSoft), and AppExchangetools.
Customize Salesforce standard objects and create custom objects, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Participate in Salesforce platform upgrades, security reviews, and system performance tuning.
Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure adherence to coding and development standards, version control, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
