Job Description

You will be a Salesforce Developer with at least 4-9 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. Working with a distributed team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and integrating with the in-house platform and infrastructure. You will be part of the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, AIDT group, involved in a multi-year Platform Transformation Initiative. - Design solutions with out-of-the-box features, custom configuration, and code on the Salesforce platform - Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in LWC, AURA, Apex, and Visualforce development - Experience in DEVOPS process using tools like FLOSUM, Jenkins, or any CI/CD based tooling - Familiarity with SFDC metadata API using ANT migration tool - Hands-on experience in integrations using REST and SOAP, Workbench - Knowledge of OOP concepts and applications - Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery - Write clean, scalable code using Salesforce programming languages - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with attention to detail - Participate in requirements analysis - Experience in working with Data teams for loading and exporting large volumes of data to and from Salesforce - Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development, and software design patterns - Test and deploy applications and systems with various teams - Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve existing software - Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle - Willingness to take up challenges and learn new technologies - 4-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer - BE/ME/BSC/MSC in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Ability to prioritize, be flexible, and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines in a multi-task environment - Experience in Wealth Management or a similar Financial environment,
