Position Summary Require a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join as Senior Master Data Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the customer/product/vendor data accuracy, consistency and integrity of our Master data by identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates. Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead implementation of data cleansing, enrichment and standardization Create and maintain master data records across various systems and database Conducting data integrity checks Create data upload files for different platforms Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards. Review and analyze datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates Support in Creating and maintaining documentation related to Master data processes. Identify and resolve data quality issues/inconsistencies, Monitor data quality metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance data quality and integrity. Provide training and support to end users on master data management. Education Masters in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry or other life science streams. Experience 4-5 Years experience on Master data management Experience in ERP systems like SAP/Sage/Syspro Working experience on SFDC CPQ Functional/Technical Competencies & Skillsets Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiar with master data module of ERP systems (Sage/SAP) Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles Proficient with customer, product and vendor master data creation and maintenance process Experience working data Cleansing/Harmonization Supervisory Responsibilities : None Actylis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
