SFCC Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a SFCC Lead, located in Hyderabad/ Pune/ Gurugram/ Noida. You will oversee the end-to-end development of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities include guiding the development team, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high coding standards. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, manage integrations, and troubleshoot issues. To excel in this role, you should have experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware). You must possess good knowledge of SFCC / Demandware Script, Java OOP/Node.js, and expertise in RESTful web services, Ajax-driven client applications, and Advanced JavaScript architectures. Experience in SFRA is essential, along with a strong background in World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines, accessibility standards, MVC, agile development, and related tools. Your role will involve using Pipelines, JS controllers, ISML templates, and real-time data exchange through web services. You should have a good understanding of Business Manager, configuring jobs, and solid SQL knowledge. Exposure to technical reports and familiarity with Demandware limitations such as quotas are crucial. Proficiency in Demandware foundational concepts, including SiteGenesis, UX Studio, content assets, Demandware Catalog, and SFCC certifications would be advantageous. Effective written and verbal communication skills are key, along with the ability to work independently and stay motivated to complete tasks.
