SFCC Backend Lead

As a SFCC Backend Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading multiple tracks and team members, with approximately 12 members under your guidance. Your responsibilities will include conducting code reviews to ensure high code quality within the account. In addition, you will be expected to effectively troubleshoot technical blockers and provide innovative solutions to overcome them. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with Business and Product Owners. Moreover, you will be responsible for translating Business Functionality into Technical Stories effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple tracks and team members, overseeing approximately 12 individuals - Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality within the account - Troubleshoot technical blockers and provide effective solutions - Collaborate with Business and Product Owners, utilizing your strong communication skills - Translate Business Functionality into Technical Stories Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SFCC Script, SFRA, Pipelines, Rest API, and Controllers - Functional knowledge of B2C processes - Ability to make recommendations based on best practices, such as advising on when to utilize Page Designer and other feature/functionalities offered by Salesforce Please note that this role requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field. The position is based in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Pune, with work timings requiring availability during the Second Shift and readiness to work on US overlapping hours until 12 AM IST.,
