SFCC Backend Lead

As a SFCC Backend Lead with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading multiple tracks and managing around 12 team members. Your role will include conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality, and troubleshooting technical blockers by providing effective solutions. In this position, it is crucial to have strong communication skills as you will collaborate with Business and Product Owners. You will also be required to convert Business Functionality into Technical Stories to ensure seamless integration of requirements. Your expertise should cover SFCC Script, SFRA, Pipelines, Rest API, Controllers, along with functional knowledge of B2C processes. Additionally, you will be expected to make recommendations based on best practices, such as advising on the optimal usage of features like Page Designer and other functionalities offered by Salesforce. This role demands flexibility in work timings, as you should be prepared to work during the second shift and be open to overlapping with US hours till 12 AM IST.
