Objective: Subject teachers are responsible for maximizing the academic progress of the students they teach, working with colleagues to participate fully in the development of the department. Subject teachers promote a positive, purposeful and professional working atmosphere that encourages cooperation and challenge, whilst valuing the contribution that individuals make to the success of the department. Only MUMBAI candidates are eligible. Overall Responsibilities: ● Encourage high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress ● Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the school ● Promote a school culture which is positive, purposeful and professional ● Support and motivate students, teachers and other school employees ● Encourage consultation, review and improvement Teaching and Learning Responsibilities ● Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught ● Help students develop High Performance Learning skills in line with school’s values and ethos ● Make sure that the classroom is a stimulating environment that facilitates learning ● Generate enthusiasm for the subject being taught and inspire all students to work to their potential ● Liaise with the Head of Department and Learning Support where a student may have special educational needs and with the form tutor and Head of House if a student is experiencing pastoral difficulties ● Promote high standards of behavior by encouraging a positive, proactive approach to study and build productive relationships with students ● Set homework according to policy and pertinent to the student’s ability and wider workload ● Promote high standards of organization ● Be punctual to lessons ● Promote high standards in the use of English as the common language and help develop English for Academic Progress ● Provide high-quality, accurate, constructive and targeted information to parents at Parents' Evenings, in subject reports, incidental meetings and communications ● Assess , record and monitor the progress of all students according to faculty guidelines in order to provide accurate information to parents in a variety of forms, as and when necessary ● Maintain materials and resources as needed Qualification: Appropriate degree, post graduate & other teaching qualification giving QTS Minimum two years’ teaching experience Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language

Objective: Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATE. THE OPENING IS FOR MIRA- BHAYANDAR- THANE LOCATION. Duties & Responsibilities: Updating and maintaining employee records in several systems/database. Compile and produce timely management/statistical data and information as required. Contractual administration and monitor probationary periods for new appointments and send out relevant paperwork to managers and staff. Cooperate with other department and provide HR data support. Manage the recruitment inbox/portal for academic & no-academic positions – responding to all speculative applications and agencies as appropriate and passing CV’s on for further consideration. Screen CVs and complete first stage interviews for professional/ Academic and support staff/ non academic as required. Conduct relevant employment checks on all locally hired employees and prepare job offers to the successful candidates. Need to conduct induction program for new employees. And responsible for joining formalities Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding process for locally employees and prepare relevant documentation. Good understanding of HR law in particularly relating to school contracts, terms and conditions, dismissal processes, grievances, etc. Assist the line manager in communication with all staff as appropriate, on human resources matters that affect them. Respond to queries and requests for information on HR policies, working conditions, performance management systems etc. Keep a record of all training activities and the costs for the review by the senior management. Any other work assigned by Senior management. Skills & Knowledge required: 5+ years of working experience in school environment. Candidate should be from education industry. Knowledge & hands on experience in all HR functions, mainly recruitment Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
