Setter

As a professional application technology support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical customer support to our clients. This includes conducting machine demonstrations both at our factory and customer locations, as well as assisting with the preliminary and final acceptance of machines and providing training at customer sites. You will be involved in the set-up, CNC programming, and optimization of customer work pieces on various machines, including Turning, Turn mill, Mill turn with Sub Spindle Series machines using controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta. Additionally, you will be required to prepare cycle time calculations of the part, implement turnkey projects, and conduct part-specific machine acceptance. Your role will also involve providing assistance and support to customers at trade fairs and in-house exhibitions. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund. The schedule may involve day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts, with additional shift allowance and yearly bonus provided.
