Roles and Responsibilities Perform setter activities in the press shop, including setting up tools and equipment for stamping, punching, forming, blanking, machine setting, tool trials, tool maintenance, and tool selection. Ensure accurate alignment of tools and dies to produce high-quality products. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the press room. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience as a setter or similar role in the automobile industry. Strong knowledge of press tools (press tools), press machines (press shop), setting (setting), tools (tool room operations). Ability to read blueprints/drawings for tool design and development.
