ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align solutions with client business objectives
• Coordinate across PODs for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
• Own delivery governance including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk mitigation
• Mentor and lead ServiceNow consultants and developers to ensure high-performance delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure SLA adherence and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support pre-sales efforts including estimations, SOW reviews, and technical proposal preparation

Your Experience & Toolkit

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules
• Experience leading full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery environments
• Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, and custom app development
• Excellent client communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM/ITOM/HRSD) are a strong plus

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, including 4+ years on ServiceNow
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow programs or large-scale implementations
• Hands-on exposure to technical aspects and team mentoring
• Strong grasp of delivery governance and Agile program delivery
• Experience working with global clients in complex enterprise environments
