ServiceNow Support - L2 Admin Specialist

Your role as a Platform Support L2 Admin Specialist at Atlas Copco is crucial for maintaining the robustness and efficiency of the ServiceNow program. As the L2 Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex incidents and service requests that the first level (L1) support team cannot handle. Your duties include performing regular platform maintenance, monitoring system health, and ensuring that all functions align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will interface with ServiceNow HI Support to manage escalations and address intricate issues to enhance user satisfaction and system landscape. Your key responsibilities will involve handling escalated issues by addressing and taking ownership of incidents that L1 cannot resolve, focusing on advanced catalog behaviors and unexpected platform errors. You will also be responsible for continuously assessing platform performance, investigating system bottlenecks, and executing necessary tuning for proactive improvement. Furthermore, you will assist in platform maintenance, including preparation and execution of platform upgrades, routine checks for licensing, and implementation of non-disruptive configuration changes. Managing support cases by logging and tracking ServiceNow HI Support cases, as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the resolution process, is also part of your role. To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Moreover, you must have expertise in ServiceNow Foundations, ServiceNow System Administration (Required), and ServiceNow Advanced System Administration (Recommended).
