Job Description

As a ServiceNow SPM Developer at Capgemini, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Customizing and configuring SPM applications to meet specific business requirements. - Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements effectively. - Ensuring that best practices and coding standards are followed throughout the development process. - Participating in Agile development processes such as sprint planning and reviews. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SPM modules. - Providing support for testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities. - Utilizing your experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Your profile should reflect the following qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow SPM. - Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities. - Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts effectively.
