Job Description

As a ServiceNow SPM Developer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will include customizing and configuring SPM applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. You will also participate in Agile development processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and support testing and deployment activities. Additionally, you will have the chance to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies and be familiar with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules - Customize and configure SPM applications to meet business requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts - Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed - Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules - Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities Qualifications Required: - At least 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow SPM - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities At Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career with a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the Capgemini group.
