ServiceNow Sec Ops Engineering Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance controls for security policies, standards, and best practices on the ServiceNow platform. This entails ensuring alignment with the ServiceNow Platform Security Shared Responsibility Model. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and administering RBAC policies, ACL configurations, and authentication workflows within the ServiceNow environment to guarantee secure access management. Your role will also involve architecting and implementing secure API management for integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools. Furthermore, you will play a key part in implementing and administering ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to evaluate and manage security risks effectively. In this position, you will need to develop governance frameworks aimed at ensuring secure development practices, data protection, and effective risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 14 to 18 years of experience in IT security, with a focus of over 14 years dedicated specifically to ServiceNow security architecture, administration, and operational roles. You should have extensive hands-on experience in security automation, incident response, and risk management utilizing ServiceNow. Moreover, it is essential to have a deep understanding of SecOps, GRC, RBAC, ACLs, and best practices in platform security. A strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management is crucial for success in this role.
