Description
Scope of Work The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing, leading and managing ServiceNow projects (optimizing business processes, and implementing AI, chatbot and RPA use cases. The scope includes: Project Management: Oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to PMP methodologies. Business Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business workflows. Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, chatbot and RPA technologies. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. Utilize knowledge of various ServiceNow modules (e.g.,IT Asset management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery ) to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Deliverables The Project Manager will deliver the following: Project Plans: Detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies. Process Documentation: Comprehensive documentation of business processes and improvements. AI, Chatbot and RPA Use Cases: Implementation and integration of AI, chatbot and RPA technologies within ServiceNow. Status Reports: Regular updates on relevant projects progress, challenges, and resolutions. Qualifications The Project Manager must possess the following qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in managing ServiceNow projects and digital transformation initiatives. Skills: Strong understanding of business processes, AI, chatbot and RPA technologies. Certification: PMP certification or equivalent project management experience. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills and presentation skills
