Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations aligned with industry best practices.
Develop end-to-end architectural plans that leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities to meet business objectives.

Implementation and Integration

Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules with seamless integration into existing systems.
Configure and customize components such as ITOM, catalog items, UI scripts, and ACLs to meet specific client needs.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to development best practices, performance optimization, and security standards in ServiceNow.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment of proposed solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow platform capabilities and recommended practices.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with advancements in the ServiceNow ecosystem and related technologies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to improve platform efficiency and effectiveness.
