1. Senior Integration Architect / Technical Lead

Position Overview

Senior Integration Architect to lead

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, supply chain domain knowledge, and technical leadership capabilities to guide a team of 3-4 integration engineers through a strategic multi-phase implementation

. Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy and architecture design for all Client integrations across multiple enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP Ariba, and others). Serve as the primary technical liaison with Customer, Coupa, ServiceNow, and SAP for technical requirements, API specifications, and integration scenarios.

Design end-to-end integration workflows that map supply chain risk data and multi-tier supplier dependencies across platforms.

Establish integration patterns, best practices, and coding standards for the integration engineering team.

Mentor and guide 3-4 junior/mid-level integration engineers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and professional development.

Work with business stakeholders to translate supply chain risk modeling requirements into technical integration specifications.

Oversee the Coupa certification and training program for the team, ensuring all engineers are properly trained and certified.

Manage integration project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to meet the February/March completion target for Phase

1. Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple platforms and coordinate solutions with vendor support teams. Document integration architectures, APIs, data mappings, and operational procedures for knowledge transfer and customer handoff. Participate in the customer sales process as technical subject matter expert for Client -based solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role. Advanced expertise in ServiceNow integration development, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and JavaScript/Groovy scripting.
• Proven hands-on experience with Coupa or similar supply chain/procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Jaggr, Elemica).
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, terminology, and multi-tier vendor management concepts.
• Proficiency with integration middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of API design, data mapping, ETL processes, and enterprise application integration patterns.
• Experience designing and managing complex multi-system integration projects with phased rollouts.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading technical teams (minimum 2 team members).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Coupa Certified Administrator or Developer certification. SAP Ariba integration or administration experience.
• Coupa Certified Partner Program credentials.
• Experience with supply chain risk management or procurement analytics solutions. Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and microservices architecture. Experience with Agile project management and CI/CD pipelines.
