Job Description

Job description Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ yearsof experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2+ yearsfocused on CMDB & ITOM. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and ACLs. Experience in data modeling, normalization, and reconciliationin CMDB. Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Incident, Problem, and Asset Management. Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure). Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for CMDB health monitoring and issue resolution. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)and Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB or ITOMpreferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of security and compliancerelated to CMDB data management.
