Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software, study systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis - Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability - Analyze client requirements, convert them into feasible designs, and collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts - Perform coding, ensure optimal software/module development, and automate processes for software validation - Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress, provide feedback on usability and serviceability - Capture requirements and clarifications from the client, take feedback regularly for smooth and on-time delivery - Participate in continuing education and training, consult with engineering staff, and document solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and reports Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3-5 years Company Details: Wipro is building a modern end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
