Job Description

Job Description A bachelors or master’s degree in information systems or computer science, or equivalent experience Minimum 8+ years of experience working as a Developer/Senior Developer on the ServiceNow platform. Should have good development experience in SN Platform. Experience with ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro modules in ServiceNow (experience on any other ServiceNow modules is a plus) as a developer. Mandatory working knowledge on concepts like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Metric Intelligence, ACC, SRE, AiOps, DEX, Content Normalization and reporting etc. Experience on configuring Workspaces, mobile applications is needed. Knowledge and working knowledge on integrations with multiple monitoring tools, external inventory management tools. Experience in ETL data load using Excel sheets. Experience with custom application development, ACL’s and flows in ServiceNow Good written, verbal communication & interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented & should know how to adapt to changing requirements. Commitment to excellent customer service & strong focus on quality. Ability to work independently and with a team. Should have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment.
