About the Role

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement solutions in

  ServiceNow FSM & CSM modules

  .
• Develop and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow FSM/CSM with other third-party applications and enterprise tools.
• Perform upgrades and ensure platform stability, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issues related to FSM and CSM modules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow platform development and administration

  .
• Strong expertise in

  ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management)

  and

  CSM (Customer Service Management)

  .
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as

  JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and AngularJS

  .
• Experience in creating Service Portal widgets, UI pages, and advanced customizations.
• Good understanding of

  ITIL processes

  and how they align with ServiceNow modules.
• Strong knowledge of

  integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.)

  .
• Experience in

  ServiceNow upgrades and version management

  .
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITSM/FSM/CSM Implementation certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
