Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-18 years of experience to join our team as a ServiceNow CMDB expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB and be able to work immediately.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB system.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CMDB system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Develop and implement best practices for CMDB management.
Provide training and support to end-users on the CMDB system.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the CMDB system.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
