As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Your role will involve designing and configuring solutions primarily in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules. You will play a key role in creating functional specifications, process documents, and test cases to ensure the successful delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to support end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems, collaborating with technical teams for implementation and deployment. Your responsibilities will also include leading functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing go-live support and training to end-users. It will be crucial for you to ensure that best practices are followed for ServiceNow configuration and usage. This will involve actively participating in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4+ years of experience with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules. Preferred locations for this position are Noida or Pune.
