The BSA Sr will collaborate with business partners in one or more business units to ensure technology solutions are in line with business strategies. They will possess a deep understanding of a specific business area within the business clients unit, enabling them to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically support the business. This role involves supporting highly complex business processes, necessitating the design or integration of technical solutions that span multiple business functions. The BSA Sr may serve as a project team member or lead. Their responsibilities include coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements, aligning IT resources and processes with the client organization's needs, and designing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow custom applications and testing, including Service Operations Workspace, Major Incident, Change Management, etc. They should be proficient in integration testing according to best practice standards and possess knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile offerings. Additionally, experience with Service Catalog modernization and migration to Service Portal, as well as familiarity with ServiceNow test management and automated testing tools such as Automate Pro, are preferred.
