ServiceNow ATF Tester (Playwright Exp)

You will be joining a delivery-focused engineering team responsible for ensuring high-quality, automated releases of ServiceNow functionality for enterprise customers in the IT Services & Enterprise Service Management sector. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites, creating Playwright-based end-to-end automated tests, authoring JavaScript/TypeScript test scripts, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with developers and QA to define test cases, and continuously improving test coverage, stability, and execution speed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites - Create and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end automated tests for web UI components - Author JavaScript/TypeScript test scripts and implement reusable test libraries - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results - Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to define test cases and reproduce defects - Continuously improve test coverage, stability, and execution speed Qualifications Required: - Must have experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Playwright, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API testing, and Git - Preferred experience with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ISTQB or equivalent test certification, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) About the Company: The company offers a collaborative, delivery-oriented engineering culture with hands-on mentoring and technical ownership.
