Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an enterprise environment. Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization. 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, and ServiceNow Development.
