Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize IT service delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow tools and processes.

Job Requirements :

8-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
Strong expertise in architecture, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) principles.
Proficiency in Servicenow platform including its modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc.
