  .
• Define

• Establish

• Lead

  ServiceNow

  upgrades,

  maintenance,

  lifecycle

  years

  of ITSM or enterprise platform experience.

• 5+

  years

  of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of

  Knowledge

  Management

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Integration

  Hub,

  Flow

  Designer,

  Service

  Portal

  /

  Employee

  Center,

  and

  Performance

  Analytics

  .
• Strong experience in

  REST/SOAP

  APIs,

  enterprise

  integrations,

  and

  data

  architecture

  .
• Knowledge of

  enterprise

  architecture

  and

  application

  integration

  patterns

  .
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and manage business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in

  large-scale

  ServiceNow

  implementations

  and

  transformation

  programs
