You are a technically proficient and customer-focused Technical Sales & Service Executive with experience in servicing jute mills or heavy industrial clients. Your main responsibility will be driving lubricant product sales and offering technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to ensure smooth equipment operation in jute mill environments. In terms of sales functions, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with jute mill management, maintenance, and purchase departments. You will promote the company's range of lubricants, greases, and specialty oils tailored for jute mill machinery. It will be your duty to identify new business opportunities, meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, and participate in price negotiations and long-term contracts with mill owners. Regarding service & technical support, you will conduct regular service visits for lubrication audits and preventive maintenance checks. Additionally, you will handle installation guidance, application techniques, and lubrication schedules. Your role will involve diagnosing mechanical and lubrication-related issues, recommending corrective actions, and training mill staff on the proper handling and usage of industrial lubricants. It is crucial to record service reports, complaints, and follow-ups in coordination with the technical team. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is in the morning shift with a yearly bonus. The job requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in lubricants. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in Hooghly-Chinsurah, West Bengal. The preferred shift availability is during the day, and willingness to travel up to 50% is also preferred. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 01/08/2025.,
