Service Technician

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Install, test, and ensure proper functionality of new products. Develop process improvements to optimize equipment and material use, maximizing production. Identify unsafe operations and report them to the Manager. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance to ensure maximum production efficiency. Perform maintenance tasks and offer customer support. Diagnose product issues and implement solutions for repairs. Write service reports after diagnostics. Respond to service requests and repair products as needed. Travel for on-site service as required. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability. Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions. Completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager Preferred candidate profile Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Turner (mandatory) 1 year of experience or apprenticeship in a relevant field. Freshers with maintenance and service knowledge can also apply. south Indian language proficiency or at least good English communication skills for effective communication with South India-based clients.
