Role & responsibilities Perform Periodical Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance activities on elevators and escalators to ensure smooth and reliable operation in accordance with OEM guidelines and company standards. Diagnose Mechanical & Electrical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in elevator and escalator systems Attend Callbacks & Breakdowns: Respond promptly to service calls, breakdowns, and emergency repairs, minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain 100% compliance with safety and quality protocols. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections for compliance and performance tracking. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients or building management to report issues, explain repairs, and provide preventive recommendations. Preferred candidate profile Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of elevator/escalator systems, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication skills.
