Service Technician (ELEVATORS & LIFTS)

As an Elevator Service Technician with over 5 years of experience, your role will involve installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevator systems. You will be responsible for: - Performing routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of elevators and escalators. - Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control system faults. - Attending service calls promptly to troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize downtime. - Replacing faulty parts, adjusting settings, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards. - Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records. - Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. - Communicating effectively with customers regarding service status and repair requirements. - Supporting installation teams when necessary. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator servicing and maintenance. - Strong knowledge of elevator control systems, wiring diagrams, and safety codes. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Willingness to work on-call and in emergency situations. Additionally, you should be physically fit to handle equipment and work at heights. A valid driving license is preferred.
