Description
Service Readiness is the process applied to all new and updated services provided by Atlas Copco Group IT. This role focuses on guiding Product Owners and Project Managers through the necessary steps to ensure a service is (a) compliant (b) all support documentation is in place (c) governance is defined, and finally that the Service Operational Readiness (SOR) meeting reviews and approves new services.
