You should have over 4 years of experience in Service Portfolio/Demand Management Process. As a Service Portfolio Lead/Demand Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of services with a focus on demand generation, strategic planning, and performance management. Your key tasks will include developing and executing service portfolio strategies that align with overall business objectives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to generate demand for services in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers. Additionally, you will be required to analyze and optimize the service portfolio by evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and prioritizing initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for service initiatives will be crucial. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and reporting on service performance to provide insights for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be adept at working effectively with cross-functional teams, tower leads, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is preferred, along with experience in managing projects, programs, and service initiatives.,
