Job Description

You will be responsible for defining and executing the Network and Firewall Operation & Engineering strategy to align with business and IT objectives. Your role will involve overseeing the administration, configuration, and optimization of routers, switches, firewalls, cloud networking, and LAN/WAN architectures. Expert knowledge in Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls, as well as implementation of Zero Trust security models, will be crucial for this position. Additionally, you should have strong experience in ISP routing, Internet security, and MPLS environments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Forescout NAC solutions for secure access control and endpoint compliance. - Support and integrate cloud-based networking solutions (Azure, AWS) with on-premises infrastructure. - Design and maintain redundant network architectures to ensure business continuity. - Implement network security controls, vulnerability management, and adhere to regulatory compliance standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST). - Deploy and maintain automation solutions using Python, Ansible, Terraform. - Utilize monitoring tools like LogicMonitor, NET, or Nagios for proactive issue resolution. - Lead the resolution of network and firewall-related incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive continuous improvements. - Ensure optimal network performance, bandwidth utilization, and traffic engineering. - Work closely with security teams, application teams, cloud architects, and business leaders to support operations. - Evaluate and manage relationships with network hardware/software vendors and service providers. - Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management. - Optimize network infrastructure costs while maintaining security and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Palo Alto, Forescout, Automation, and Azure Cloud - Deep understanding of Cisco and Meraki Wired & Wireless LAN, Cisco ACI, and DNAC solutions - Experience with ISP routing, Internet security, and MPLS environments - Knowledge of network security controls, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance standards - Proficiency in automation tools such as Python, Ansible, Terraform - Familiarity with monitoring tools like LogicMonitor, NET, or Nagios - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and vendors (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.),
