  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and audit standards.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 1 - 2 years of front-office banking experience.
  • Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
  • Proficient in English and the local language.
  • Strong interest in financial products and terminology.
  • Comfortable handling cash transactions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking systems.
