Job Description

Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborating with the ServiceNow administrators and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Configuring the platform to meet business requirements, including customizing forms, reports, and workflows. Debugging and fixing issues in existing ServiceNow solutions.
Writing and maintaining technical documentation, such as design documents, user guides, and technical specifications.
Providing support to end-users, including troubleshooting and training on new features and functionalities. Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new releases.
Additionally, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies is also required. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also important.
