Description
As a Service Now Business Analyst in the Legal Operations team at Dell Technologies, you will be at the forefront of modernizing legal practices to meet the evolving challenges faced by the Legal function. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your expertise in project management is instrumental in coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key outcomes of your role include leading efforts to deliver high-quality solutions that maximize the value of legal work product, eliminate redundancies, and streamline or automate routine matters to enhance efficiency and capacity. You will be conducting end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications, developing comprehensive test plans and test cases, and collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues promptly. Your responsibilities also include conducting user testing, gathering feedback for continuous improvement of user experience, analyzing and documenting business processes to identify areas for optimization, proposing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, providing training and support to end users, and applying UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces and workflows. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or ServiceNow Tester in a complex IT environment. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, proficiency in creating and executing test plans, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential requirements. Effective communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and ServiceNow certifications are desirable qualities for this role.
