Customer Relationship Management will also be a key aspect of your role, where you will be required to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients. This will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a custodian of Brand Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistency of the company's brand message across all marketing materials and communications.
